DT Max does not check any of the boxes at the bottom of forms T1139 and TP80.1.The first box is for the election to keep a fiscal period that does not end on December 31. It should only be checked if the current year is the first year of operation of the business and if you wish to select that option. If you have made that election in a prior year, it will remain effective until revoked. The second box is for the revocation of that election.
